Illness & Rescheduling
If you are feeling unwell, have a fever, or are contagious, please reschedule your appointment. Caring for your health and the health of others is essential to our shared space.
Cell Phone Courtesy
Please silence your phone and minimize its use during your appointment so we can maintain a calm, distraction-free environment.
Late Arrival
Please arrive a few minutes early to check in and settle in. If you are late, your session may be shortened to respect the next client’s time.

Appointments can be booked online or in person. A valid card is required to secure your appointment.
You are responsible for informing me of any injuries, medical conditions, or medications before your session. This helps me personalize your care and keep you safe.

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows time for another client to be seen.
Payment is due at the time of treatment. We accept cash, credit, and debit.
Your comfort and safety are my priority. All sessions are professional and therapeutic. I reserve the right to end any session that is inappropriate.
