Hi, I'm Amanda! ​ I'm a licensed massage therapist and bodywork practitioner located in Keene, New Hampshire. I dedicate myself to creating a calm, restorative space where clients can slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and feel deeply supported. ​ My work blends therapeutic bodywork, fascia-focused techniques, and intuitive care to help address tension, stress, and patterns held within the body. Each session is personalized to the individual, with an emphasis on presence, nervous system support, and intentional treatment.  ​ I have a deep passion for helping people feel better in their bodies and I have been developing my massage style and techniques over many years.  ​ When I'm not working, I am spending time with my family.
